- Your original court document stamped or sealed with wet ink by the court, or signed by an official of the court
- Your original court document not stamped, sealed or signed by a court or court official
- A photocopy or printout of your court document
- Court documents are issued with printed seals as standard which cannot be legalised. Please ensure your documents meet our requirements before submission.
Requires Solicitor/Notary Certification?: No, but original must contain a wet ink signature or a wet ink/embossed seal and a date from the issuing authority.
Requires Submission as Originals?: No.
Important Notes: Printed seals not legalisable; wet ink signature/seal/date.
