FCDO accepts the document in the following formats:
- Your original certificate which has been signed with the original wet ink signature of an official from the Gender Recognition Panel
- Your original certificate which bears the original wet ink or embossed seal of the Gender Recognition Panel
- Your original certificate which has been certified in the UK by either a UK practising solicitor or notary public
- We are unable to legalise photocopies of this document.
Requires Solicitor/Notary Certification?: No, but original must contain a wet ink signature or a seal from the issuing authority.
Requires Submission as Originals?: Yes (unless certified).
