    How to submit your documents

    If your documents are received within the specified timeframes below, they will be legalised (apostilled) within 24 hours (i.e., the next working day). Once processed, your documents will be:

    •  Posted the next working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1 pm with a tracking number.

    Important details

    The stated processing time refers only to the apostille service by the FCDO. It does not include additional time required for:

    1. Postal delivery
    2. Further certification by a UK Solicitor or Notary Public
    3. Rejections or delays beyond our control
    • Please check in advance whether your document requires certification by a UK Solicitor or Notary Public. If you're unsure, our team will be happy to advise you.
    • If your documents do require solicitor or notary certification, they must be delivered to our Kentish Town office for processing.

    You will receive the full address details for your selected drop-off or postal location via email after you complete your order online, based on the location you choose.
